Crystal-clear waters and a 500-square-meter private beach with white sand are right at your doorstep! Each villa has a beach gazebo, as shown in the photos below. It includes a comfortable three-seater sofa, four chairs, and a table. Directly in front of it are two sets of umbrellas, four sun loungers with leather cushions and headrests, and two tables on our beautiful, fully equipped sandy beach. Each double room has an umbrella, table, and two sun loungers with leather cushions and headrests, ready for your next swim.
A variety of water sports and equipment are available, including SUPs, double and single kayaks, life jackets for adults and children, and a large basket of beach toys for the little ones.
Once a week, our team will serve a bottle of Ammouda Villas wine and a delicious fruit salad in your beach gazebo.

A beautiful, colorful organic garden with freshly picked vegetables is at your disposal. You can use your basket of beautiful tops to pick tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, green and hot peppers, lettuce, chives, basil, mint, thyme, oregano, rosemary, or whatever else you like to create your own delicious salad!
Upon arrival, a welcome basket with delicacies from our garden and other traditional Greek products awaits you.

An impromptu bonfire party in the garden, sometimes accompanied by the sounds of Greek music, a glass of good wine, fresh fruit, and a variety of snacks.

Pets are welcome at the complex: up to two dogs or two cats weighing up to 5 kg in double rooms or up to 35 kg in sea view villas. We provide a variety of pet amenities, including a tasty treat upon check-in, two bowls for food and water, a pet toy, a pet mat, and litter bags. Grooming services are also available during your stay.

A portable barbecue is available upon request, as well as table tennis, foosball, children's swings, fitness bars, a small basketball court, various mountain bikes, three rickshaws (one electric), free Wi-Fi, shaded parking, and a playground.
